Cancellation Policy

Setup & Tear Down Policy To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, please review our setup and tear-down policies: Setup Policy Our team will arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled event start time to set up. Please ensure that the event space is clear and accessible. - If the setup location changes upon arrival, additional time and fees may apply. - Customers must ensure that the setup area is free of obstacles, including vehicles, debris, and other equipment. If we are unable to set up due to space restrictions or unsafe conditions, a cancellation fee may be applied. Tear Down Policy -Tear down will begin immediately after the scheduled event end time unless prior arrangements have been made. -Customers are responsible for ensuring all rented items are in the same condition as received. Damaged or missing items may incur additional charges. -If the tear-down crew experiences delays due to guests, blocked access, or other unforeseen circumstances, an additional fee may apply. -If you have special setup or tear-down requests, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We understand that schedules may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please review our policies below: Cancellation Policy -Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment – A 10% cancellation fee will apply. -Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment – A 25% cancellation fee will apply. Reschedule Policy -Clients may reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours in advance online or by phone. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. For any changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid fees.
