Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our policies below: Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event – No charge. Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled event – A partial cancellation fee will apply: Bounce houses & tents: $25 fee Chairs & tables: 25% of the total rental cost Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled event – A cancellation fee will apply: Bounce houses & tents: $50 fee Chairs & tables: 50% of the total rental cost Reschedule Policy If you need to reschedule your event, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance either online or by phone. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
