Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows -Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made at least 4 days before the scheduled event: No charge. Cancellations made between 1 and 4 days before the scheduled event: A partial cancellation fee will apply: Bounce houses & tents: $50 fee//Chairs & tables: 25% of the total rental cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event: A cancellation fee will apply: Bounce houses & tents: $75 fee//Chairs & tables: 50% of the total rental cost............... -Reschedule Policy- If you need to reschedule your event, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance either online or by phone. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your event.
